INFLUENZA
Influenza activity in NSW is circulating at a high level, an unusual trend for this time of year.
Continue to offer vaccination while influenza viruses are circulating and a valid (non-expired) vaccine is available. Some 2025 influenza vaccine brands have an expiry date of February 2026. Eligible patients can receive the influenza vaccine for free annually.
The Australian Health Protection Committee have released guidance for influenza surge over the holiday period.
